Her experience with chiropractic started at a late age of 18 where poor posture was her main concern. Her sessions with her chiropractor were so inspiring that she enrolled herself into a local chiropractic program 3 months later.
Jen graduated from International Medical University in Malaysia with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Chiropractic and then successfully completed the Australian Chiropractic Board exam at Macquarie University. After 2 years of practice in the multi-cultural Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Jen packed up and moved to Canberra to be with her partner.
In her practice, she sees a range of clients from school kids to seniors, sports people to desk job workers. Close to her personal experience, Jen has special interests in postural correction and wellness. She acknowledges that physical, biochemical and mental health can impact one’s wellbeing. Jen is a strong believer in the body’s natural abilities to heal and hopes to guide people to wellness through better understanding of their own body.
Jen is able to communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking. You may also spot her at different Asian restaurants around Canberra!
